1. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the App, including syncing your data (likes, collections, streaks, and testimonies) across devices, you must create a user account.

• Sign-In Methods: You may create an account using "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Apple." Your account is managed using Firebase Authentication.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials used to access the App and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. User Content: Testimonies and Data

The App allows you to create and save personalized data, including Testimonies (written reflections or personal accounts), saved scriptures, collections, and devotional streaks (collectively, "User Content").

2.1 License Grant for Testimonies

By submitting a Testimony or other User Content to the App, you grant Bible Hour a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Testimony or User Content in connection with the operation of the App and the promotion of Bible Hour in any media formats and through any media channels.

Note on Public Display: You acknowledge that your submitted Testimonies are saved to the cloud and may be featured or displayed publicly to other users of the App or on our related platforms.

2.2 User Content Representations

You represent and warrant that:

1. You own the User Content posted by you or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth above.
2. The posting and use of your User Content on or through the App does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person.

2.3 Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for any content you submit or transmit through the App. Bible Hour takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content posted by you or any third party.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App in any way that:

• Violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• Is threatening, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful.
• Involves the transmission of unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Attempts to interfere with the proper working of the App.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bible Hour Inc. and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Bible Hour Inc.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App and may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us directly.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bible Hour Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App.
• Any content obtained from the App.

7. Disclaimer

Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
