1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Bible Hour Inc. ("Bible Hour," "we," "our," or "us"). By using Bible Hour, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Bible Hour.

2. Bible Hour Services

Bible Hour provides scripture notifications, Bible reading, verse feeds, saved scriptures, notes, collections, reading plans, God Time devotional features, Circles, prayer sharing, website pages, and Bible Hour-owned social media tools. Features may change over time.

3. Accounts

Some features are available without an account. Syncing and community features may require sign-in through Apple, Google, or another supported provider. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and let us know if you believe your account has been misused.

4. User Content

Bible Hour lets you create or save content, including notes, collections, saved verses, prayer requests, Circle posts, and testimonies.

• You keep ownership of content you create, such as notes, collections, Circle posts, prayer requests, testimonies, and profile details.
• You give Bible Hour permission to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content only as needed to operate, improve, protect, and support Bible Hour.
• Content posted inside Circles may be visible to other members of that Circle.
• You are responsible for the content you submit and for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to share it.

We may remove content or restrict accounts if content violates these Terms, harms other users, creates legal risk, or interferes with Bible Hour.

5. Community Guidelines

Circles are intended for encouragement, scripture sharing, prayer, testimony, and respectful conversation. Do not share confidential personal information, medical emergencies, financial requests, or anything you would not want other Circle members to see. Circle owners and moderators may manage membership and content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Bible Hour in a way that violates law or infringes someone else's rights.
• Post threats, harassment, hate, abuse, explicit content, spam, or deceptive material.
• Upload or share content you do not have the right to share.
• Interfere with, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt Bible Hour or its related systems.
• Use Bible Hour to send unauthorized advertising, promotions, or automated messages.

7. Scripture, Devotional, and App Content

Bible Hour provides scripture and devotional tools for spiritual encouragement. Bible Hour is not a substitute for professional counseling, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, emergency services, or pastoral care from someone who knows your situation. If you are in danger or experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

8. Social Media Publishing

Bible Hour may generate and publish Bible Hour-owned scripture images, videos, captions, and related metadata to Bible Hour social media accounts, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X. These tools are used for Bible Hour's own content unless a separate platform authorization flow clearly asks you to connect your account. Platform use is also governed by each platform's terms and policies.

9. Third-Party Services

Bible Hour relies on third-party services to operate. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies. These services may include:

• Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Google Cloud services.
• Apple and Google sign-in services.
• TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, and similar platforms for Bible Hour-owned social publishing or any user-authorized platform flows.
• App stores, browsers, devices, and email or support providers.

10. Intellectual Property

Bible Hour, our logos, design, software, generated social templates, and original app materials are owned by Bible Hour or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer Bible Hour except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

11. Purchases, Donations, and App Stores

If Bible Hour offers purchases, subscriptions, or donations, those transactions may be processed by Apple, Google, Stripe, or another payment provider. Payment terms, refund rights, and cancellation steps may depend on the provider used and applicable law.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Bible Hour if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users or the service, or if we need to comply with law. You may stop using Bible Hour at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us.

13. Disclaimers

Bible Hour is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that Bible Hour will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bible Hour will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of Bible Hour.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Bible Hour changes. When we do, we will update the date above and post the revised Terms on this page. Your continued use of Bible Hour after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where local law gives you rights that cannot be waived.
